Except as noted below, we do not sell or rent telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or fax numbers submitted on our website.
When you become a member, make a purchase, register for an educational conference or generate an inquiry, the organization of which you are a member, from which you made the purchase, for whose conference you registered, or to which you sent an inquiry, SolutionSight may collect your name, company name, contact information and other profile information. When you make a purchase we may also collect your credit card information and other information relative to your purchase. When you submit this information, you are expressly consenting that SolutionSight, its affiliates and contractors can use the information to deliver and confirm your purchases or contact you again about other products or services.

You also are consenting that:

• When you attend one of our educational conferences, your name, company, city, state and telephone number may be distributed to other attendees for the purpose of networking.
• When you attend one of our education conferences, your name, company, city, state and telephone number may be provided to speakers or companies participating in the event.

In the MY PROFILE area on the SolutionSight Web site there is a MY PREFERENCES navigation tab. From the MY PREFERENCES page you can subscribe to or unsubscribe from:

Do not send SolutionSight, Inc. any confidential or proprietary information. Any feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like that you send to us will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary.

7. Cookies

Cookies are files that contain information created by a Web server that can be stored on a user’s hard disk for use either during a particular session or for future use. SolutionSight uses cookies only to remember information you provided so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the member-only area of the site.
